Hailing from Brazil, post-black metallers Sculpture have released their debut full-length “To Another Place” earlier this month. This instrumental project is headed by two experienced musicians from Sao Paulo’s extreme metal scene who have decided to develop an instrumental sound featuring good melodies and without giving up on the weight and aggressiveness. The result from these experiences is “To Another Place”, which immediately aroused interest from Hammer Of Damnation for its originality and the will to develop an unprecedented ambience on the national scene.
Sculpture is the Brazilian answer to ALCEST, WOODS OF DESOLATION, HARAKIRI FOR THE SKY or DRUDKH, while keeping a peculiar style that varies between Ambient / Post / Black Metal with progressive elements and heavy metal, totaling about 40 minutes of Intrumental Ambient (post) Black Metal.
Released in luxury packaging, in a 6-panel digifile, with slipcase in high relief and booklet of 8 pages packed with the digifile. A graphic quality as superior as sound, “To Another Place” is an album that is born classic.Brazil’s Sculpture release “To Another Place” via Hammer of Damnation.
